Ranking lists and the qualification results of international students applying for studies in Polish and foreign languages, who took part in the third application round, were published on the 16th of September.

Individuals who paid for their applications received the qualification result in their Online Application System’s accounts (irk.uj.edu.pl) – it is available after logging in in the “Applications” tab. Information for qualified individuals and documents are available for download in the application table under “Documents and further steps.”

Are you “qualified” for studies? Congratulations!

Each qualified individual must enroll on the student list, which means delivering the required documents to the university.

Enrollments of qualified individuals will take place on the following dates: 19th – 22nd of September.

What next?

After joining the JU academic community, you will deal with most issues with the secretary’s office responsible for your studies and switch from the Online Application System to USOSweb. Visit internationalstudents.uj.edu.pl and the “students” section on the main website of the JU uj.edu.pl. You will find the most important information about studying, student organisations, dormitories, and scholarships.

Are you on the reserve list?

After the first enrollment round, we will invite further individuals from the reserve lists to fill in available places. The first information about the change may appear in your account after 22nd of September. You may follow the information on the ranking list available in your Online Application System account.

Further application rounds

The third round was the last one planned for the 2022/2023 year. All interrested persons are invited to participate in admission for 2023/2024 accademic year. The first round starts at the turn of February and March 2023. A detailled schedule will be published on our website in winter.
