31st of August is the last day of sending applications in the third round of recruitment for persons who do not have Polish citizenship for all first-cycle, second-cycle and long-cycle studies./31 серпня – закінчується останній в цьому році набір для осіб, які не мають польського громадянства, на всі напрямки на бакалавраті, магістратурі та неподільній магістратурі.

The offer of studies and the possibility of registration is available on the website of the IRK system:

• for first-cycle and long-cycle studies;
• for second-cycle studies.

To submit an application, you need to create an account, fill in all the required data (marked with an asterisk), then enter the study offer and send the application by selecting the "Sign up" button in the study card. Then, you need to pay PLN 100 of the application fee for each application to the account number that will be provided in the Payments tab. To be sure that the fee is credited by September 1^st (the last day of booking the fees), we suggest paying via the Dotpay system.

It is not required to upload scans of documents or provide assessments, it is enough to fill in the mandatory fields marked with "*". If the system does not allow you to register, it means that some information in your account has not been completed yet. Please go to the Education tab and check whether basic information about the document (secondary education document or diploma) has been added.

If the application fee is paid by 1^st of September, the candidate is required to participate in the interview on 6^th- 12^th of September. The interview will take place online and the candidate will receive information about the date and time of the interview from the admission board in the IRK system, no later than the day before.

After 31^st of August, it will not be possible to submit an application for the 2022/23 academic year.

Please remember that in third application round it is not possible to provide your documents by e-mail, and you need to deliver your documents personally at the Office on 19^th – 22^nd of September.

Напрямки навчання та можливість реєстрації (подачі заявки) доступні на сайті IRK:

• на напрямки на бакалавраті та неподільній магстратурі;
• для напрямків на магістратурі.

Щоб подати заявку, необхідно створити обліковий запис в системі IRK, заповнити всі необхідні дані (поля позначені зірочкою), потім зайти в частину Oferta, обрати напрямок та подати заявку, натиснувши кнопку «Zapisz się». Опісля потрібно сплатити 100 злотих вступного внеску за кожну заявку на номер рахунку, який буде вказано в частині Płatnoścі. Рекомендуємо вносити оплату через систему Dotpay, щоб мати впевненість, що оплата буде на рахунку вчасно ( 1 вересня крайній термін прийому оплат).

Не потрібно завантажувати скани документів або вписувати оцінки, достатньо заповнити обов’язкові поля, позначені «*». Якщо система не дозволяє зареєструватися, це означає, що якась інформація у Вашому обліковому записі ще не заповнена. Спробуйте перейти в закладку «Wyksztаłcenie» та перевірте, чи Ви настиснули “Zapisz i dodaj informacje o dokumencie” та заповнили інформацію про тип документу (атестат або диплом).

Якщо 1 вересня заявка буде оплачена, кандидат зможе взяти участь у співбесіді 6-12 вересня. Співбесіда проходитиме онлайн, а інформацію про дату та час співбесіди кандидат отримає в системі IRK не пізніше, ніж за день до співбесіди.

Підкреслюємо, що це вже останній набір і після 31 серпня можливості подати заявки вже не буде.

Варто також пам'ятати, що в третьому, останньому наборі немає можливості кореспонденційної подачі документів. Всі документи необхідно доставити особисто (або через уповноважену особу) між 19 – 22 вересня.
