Schedule for 2024/25 academic year

All information available on this website is related to admission for international students. Information related to Polish citizens is available on the website rekrutacja.uj.edu.pl.

Admission to Jagiellonian University is held continuously by opening subsequent application rounds as long as there are still places available, or until the last additional round scheduled ends. Before you apply, please make sure you know the schedule of the current application round.

IMPORTANT! In order to enroll for studies it is necessary to provide a secondary school graduation certificate (for first-cycle studies) or higher education diploma (for second-cycle studies)! Before applying, choose the appropriate round accordingly to the documents (graduation certificate/diploma) you are going to have.

Application schedule for all first-cycle, second-cycle and long-cycle studies conducted in Polish language and for some conducted in English.

These are the dates for you if you want to undertake:
  • first-cycle, second cycle or long-cycle studies in Polish,
  • first-cycle in English or second-cycle programme in Business and Finance Management 
    Other second-cycle studies in English and the MD and DDS programmes conduct admission upon individual schedules, please see below for information.

This is a round for you if you:
  • will have a school living certificate or diploma no later than the 11th of July,
  • are a NAWA scholarship holder (except for candidates for Medicine and Medicine and Dentistry programmes, for which the right round is the third one).

Once the registration round opens (all dates in 2024)

  • signing up in the system and paying application fees
  • submitting documents required for qualification (if required for the programme)

  • will have a school living certificate or diploma no later than 23rd of September,
  • are a NAWA scholarship holder, also in the field of Medicine and Medicine and Dentistry.

IMPORTANT!

  • In this round, admission is open only for those studies, where there are still places available after the first round!
  • It is not possible to submit documents online for enrolment! Therefore, you cannot participate in this round if cannot submit documents in person or by proxy!

    Information about acceptance will be announced to the students individually after receiving all the required application documents.
  • The following schedule applies to second-cycle studies conducted in English except for the Business and Finance Management.
